The program covers aspects of the internal and external structure of the organization, the management of people within the organization, as well as financial and other organizational techniques necessary to ensure the viability of the organization. The program is aimed at transferring knowledge and competencies on key elements of management practice that are fundamental for commercial and non-profit organizations.
